What kind of book is OAHSPE?

OAHSPE refers to a book written by John B. Newbrough (1828-1891) using a technique called “automatic writing.” “Automatic writing” is a technique in which the author writes while in an unconscious state, controlled by something.

Mr. Newbrough says that he has always had a strong spiritual sense and has been able to communicate with spirits since he was a child. One day, he wanted to communicate with higher spirits, and after much trial and error, he began writing using a technique called “automatic writing.”

The OAHSPE was published in 1882.
The purpose of writing the OAHSPE is explained in the opening sentence as follows:

A SACRED HISTORY OF THE DOMINIONS OF THE HIGHER AND LOWER HEAVENS ON THE EARTH FOR THE PAST TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND YEARS, TOGETHER WITH A SYNOPSIS OF THE COSMOGONY OF THE UNIVERSE; THE CREATION OF PLANETS; THE CREATION OF MAN; THE UNSEEN WORLDS; THE LABOR AND GLORY OF GODS AND GODDESSES IN THE ETHEREAN HEAVENS; WITH THE NEW COMMANDMENTS OF JEHOVIH TO MAN OF THE PRESENT DAY, WITH REVELATIONS FROM THE SECOND RESURRECTION, FORMED IN WORDS IN THE THIRTY-THIRD YEAR OF THE KOSMON ERA.

OAHSPE – Introduction

The Earth is said to have been born 3.3 billion years ago, but the OAHSPE is a Bible that records history from 24,000 years ago, much later.
However, human beings have existed for much longer than 24,000 years. The OAHSPE also contains the Book of SETHANTES, the first God of the Earth, who is thought to have reigned 70,000 years ago, and the fact that it specifically states “24,000 years ago” is not a typo, but because 24,000 years ago was a turning point for the Earth.
The purpose of writing the OAHSPE was to correctly convey to us human beings the history from the greatest turning point for the Earth (24,000 years ago).

What happened on Earth 24,000 years ago?

It is said that the Earth was born 3.3 billion years ago, but the Earth did not come into being by chance in this vast universe; it is simply one of the stars in the universe created by the Creator (Jehovih), the absolute being who rules over this universe.

Therefore, it is said that there are other planets (Earths) on which humans live, including other Earths that were born long ago and Earths that have reached the end of their lifespan and died out.
When the Earth dies, what will happen to the humans who lived on it?
When humans die, they become spirits and go to heaven, but when the Earth dies, that heaven will leave the Earth and travel across the vast universe.

Now, when the Earth we live on was born and the environment for life was ready, the Creator created humans. This human was called Asu and was the first human on Earth, but he couldn’t walk properly.

So, in order to help the Asu grow, the Creator called out to the spirits traveling through the vast universe and encouraged them to live on Earth. At this time, the Creator told the spirits, “Do not eat from the Tree of Life.”
The spirits created human forms using materials from the Earth, lived with the Asu as angels, and contributed to the growth of the Asu. During this life, the angels ate the “Tree of Life” and had children with the Asu. These children were called the Ihin, and were worshiped as a race with sacred powers.

However, because they had broken the Creator’s law, the angels were forbidden from returning to Heaven until their children and their descendants were grown up safely, and they were tasked with taking care of the children up to the sixth generation.

Now, in the midst of all these abnormal events, Setantes was crowned as the first God of the Earth. Setantes created a heaven on Earth and established a system of reincarnation for humans born on Earth and their souls. Thanks to this system of reincarnation, even if the body dies, humans can live on as souls and be resurrected again.

The God Setantes did not manage the five major continents of the Earth by himself, but instead had five subordinate Gods manage them. These Gods were called the Lords, and the five Lords tried to somehow grow the young souls that were just born in order to develop the continents of their respective districts. As a result, humanity grew, and the Earth developed along with it. The most prosperous of these was the continent called Waga, also known as Pan, which was in the Pacific Ocean and included the Japanese archipelago.

This system of Gods was based on term system, and when the first God of Earth, Setantes, completed his term, he returned to heaven, which is even higher than Earth, and one of Setantes subordinates, Ha’jah, reigned as the second God.

And when the god Ha’jah reached the end of his term, another god would reign, and so on for generations, and the earth and humanity grew with the times, but as time went on, humans began to indulge in vice, and the number of people commonly referred to as evil people increased. An evil person is a state in which a human’s heart, or soul, is stained with evil. A soul stained with evil is called a druj, or sometimes called a dark soul.

The gods of the Earth did everything they could to stop humanity from becoming corrupted by vice, but humans had become so corrupted by evil that even the gods could no longer suppress it. The reason behind this was that there were too many dark spirits called druj, which upset the balance with the good spirits (spirits of light). Jehovih, the creator, could no longer bear to watch this situation, so he made the decision to “prune” the Earth, which was corrupted by vice. “Pruning” means, in a word, “thinning out,” and wiping out the druj.

At that time, the largest continent on Earth, Waga (Pan), had become a den of evil. So the Creator Jehovih sent the great male god Ah from the upper heaven to Earth, and with the Druj gathered on Waga (Pan), he sank the entire continent in one go, wiping out the spirits of darkness.
This happened exactly 24,000 years ago. This incident, also known as the submersion of the Pan continent, is also known in the Old Testament as Noah’s Great Flood, and is an event that will never be forgotten by people.
