Background of This Quote
This passage is taken from the final lines of OAHSPE, Book II: The Voice of Man.
Unlike most of OAHSPE, which is written from the perspective of celestial beings or divine entities, this book is uniquely told from the standpoint of humanity. It conveys a cry of sorrow and longing from people living through pain, confusion, and spiritual struggle.

From space, Earth is often called the “Blue Planet.”
But in OAHSPE, the gods call it the “Red Star.”
Why? Because it has been stained red by the blood of countless souls shed through war and violence.
Clearly, this is not how the world is meant to be.
Those who retain their reason recognize that something is profoundly wrong—and they long for peace.
But those who deny that truth continue to turn the Earth into a place of suffering.

Living sanely in such a world is painful.
The Voice of Man is a record of the desperate cry of those who struggle to live righteously in a broken world.
Its central wish is captured in a single line:
“May war, crime, and poverty come to an end.”
But no matter how fervent our prayers, humanity alone cannot fulfill this hope.
To realize it, we must turn to a higher power—the Creator—who exists beyond all human limitation.
“May this voice reach You from every nation on Earth.”
Here, “You” refers to the Creator of the Universe, the One who transcends all.
This wish—to be heard by the Creator, and to be saved from the state of the “Red Star”—forms the emotional and spiritual foundation of The Voice of Man.
And it is this plea that begins to be answered in the books that follow, as divine messengers and gods—acting as children of the Creator—step forward to help guide humanity into the next stage of spiritual awakening.
